This is a perfect opportunity to unplug\, connect\, and create lasting memories in a serene\, nature-filled environment.\n  \nWho Can Join:\nFathers and sons (ages above 6 is recommended)\nAny individuals over 18yrs are also welcome. \nWhat to Expect:\n• Bonding Activities: Participate in engaging teamwork challenges and fun-filled games designed to bring fathers and sons closer.\n• Explore Nature: Discover the beauty of Howqua Hills with guided hikes and nature exploration.\n• Life Skills: Learn practical skills such as navigation\, campfire cooking\, and survival tips—all while having fun!\n• Campfire & Stargazing: Unwind by the campfire with storytelling\, delicious food\, and a chance to gaze at the starry skies away from city lights.\n• Reflection & Growth: Share inspiring conversations and enjoy moments of reflection in an iman-centered environment. \nLocation: Howqua Hills – Mansfield Region \nKey Details:\nInformation Session\nWe invite all participants to attend an information session before the camp:\n• Date: Saturday\, 18th January 2025\n• Time: 8:00 PM (after the monthly NYC lecture)\n• Location: Epping Memorial Hall \nThis session will cover important details about the camp\, what to expect\, and provide an opportunity to ask any questions you may have. Attendance is highly recommended for both fathers and sons. \nRegistration Deadline\nTo help us finalize arrangements\, registration closes on Wednesday\, 15th January 2025. Be sure to sign up early as spots are limited! \nWhat’s Included in the Cost:\n• Transportation (to and from Howqua Hills in 12-seater vans)\n• All meals and snacks during the camp\n• Camping site fees\n• Logistical support\, supplies\, and activities \nTransport & Departure:\n• We will gather for Jummah prayers at Epping Memorial Hall.\n• Departure Time: 2:30 PM on Friday\, 24th January 2025 (immediately after Jummah).\n• All luggage will be transported in a trailer for convenience.\n• Return: We will leave Howqua Hills at 10:30 AM on Sunday\, 26th January 2025 and arrive back at Epping Memorial Hall around 1:30 PM\, insha Allah. \nFacilities:\n• Limited facilities include tank water and pit toilets. However\, there will be plenty of fresh water to enjoy in the nearby river.
